T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to drive customer engagement in a high-traffic retail setting, educating customers on wireless solutions and services. You’ll use digital tools to identify needs and demonstrate value, aiming to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Training, onboarding, and opportunities for growth are provided within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store experience, promotions, and hub updates to stay customer-ready at all times; onboard customers and manage store operations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
• Follow Be Back processes, capture referrals, manage sales activity, and perform price overrides for certain offers.
