Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize the Retail Team at National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage customers, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate value using digital tools in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Utilizes solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services and deepen customer relationships.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, and processes; supports onboarding of customers.
• Builds relationships with leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to servicing.
