Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile solutions, identify customer needs, and close sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, product knowledge, and systems; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
