Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for a high-traffic Retail Team setting at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and demonstrate product benefits while delivering a superior shopping experience.

You will complete training, use digital tools, and partner with nearby stores to onboard customers; strong communication and selling skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment; use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; learn promotions and updates; onboard customers and secure assets.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, build rapport and trust; drive sales and follow up with customers; manage Be Back processes and referrals.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup and device support.
