Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations.

You will engage customers, educate them on plans and devices, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will complete thorough training, meet quality-of-sale metrics, and build relationships with customers while contributing to a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate solutions with a consultative approach.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and ensure they are customer-ready at all times.
• Be customer-obsessed, friendly, and engaging; build rapport, follow up, and drive sales activity; manage Be Back and referrals.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
