Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value using digital tools.

You will be trained on products, processes, and store operations to stay customer-ready at all times. Expect to develop relationships, meet sales targets, and participate in Be Back and referral programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate solutions; reinforce value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and knowledge; review results and promotions; stay customer-ready at all times; onboard customers with nearby stores; perform training, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening/closing procedures; manage keys and assets.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, build rapport, and exceed expectations; follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back, and build relationships.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
