Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate in a National Sales partner environment. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on products, and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value and drive sales. Training and onboarding are provided, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and be-back referrals.

You will work closely with store teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, while staying informed on promotions and available self-serve tools to empower customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate solutions and self-service options.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and access to resources; review results and updates to stay customer ready.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new/existing customers.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
