Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize the retail experience and educate customers on T-Mobile products and services. You’ll engage with a wide range of customers in a fast-paced environment and learn how to tailor solutions to individual needs.

Success comes from strong communication, active listening, and a passion for helping customers. This role includes on-the-job training, potential incentives, and opportunities for growth within the Retail Team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions to drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, systems, and knowledge resources; stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby store teams to support onboarding and service.
