Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.

You’ll educate customers, build relationships, and consistently work toward sales targets while delivering excellent service. Roles include onboarding customers, leveraging digital tools, and collaborating with store teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Educates customers and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences while following sales processes.
• Assist with onboarding customers and support store operations including procedures and asset security.
