Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize the Retail Team at partner locations and engage customers with the value of T-Mobile solutions.

You’ll identify needs, demonstrate products, and contribute to sales targets in a high-traffic setting. Paid training up to 90 days with hourly training pay, progression to Mobile Expert, annual incentive targets, and guaranteed earnings with base pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Able to thrive in a high-traffic retail setting and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a busy retail environment to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools and self-serve options to guide customers and complete onboarding.
• Complete product training and stay informed about promotions and processes.
• Build relationships with nearby store teams to support customer experience from setup to servicing.
