Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to energize the brand at partner locations with active customer engagement. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend wireless solutions while building lasting relationships with customers in a high-traffic environment.

Daily responsibilities include proactive customer interactions, using digital tools, and applying Be Back and referral processes. Training is provided to ensure you deliver an outstanding customer experience and align with

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and educate customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrate value of products and services, using solution-based selling to meet customer needs.
• Complete training on in-store processes, stay updated via Hub, and onboard customers with store procedures.
• Build relationships with nearby teams to support customer experience from setup to device support.
