Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic retail environments. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value while meeting sales and service metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and educate on T-Mobile solutions to meet customer needs.
• Communicate, educate, and build relationships to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Support store operations and onboarding of customers with loyalty and service.
