Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to join the Store-in-Store retail team. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on solutions, and drive sales using consultative techniques.

Training, onboarding, and ongoing product knowledge are provided to ensure exceptional service. The role emphasizes relationship-building, customer education, and proactive outreach to grow sales and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Onboard customers to self-serve and the T-Mobile app for wireless needs, deepening relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems. Review personal results and promotions to stay Customer Ready. On-board customers with nearby stores, perform skills practice, store operations, and asset security tasks.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, build rapport, trust, and loyalty. Reach out to potential customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back, and build relationships. Path for price overrides on specialty offers.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
