Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to energize customer interactions and showcase T-Mobile solutions in a high-traffic retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices and services, and help them self-serve using the T-Mobile app and digital tools.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, smooth onboarding, and meeting sales and customer experience metrics, with training provided and opportunities for growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to account servicing.
