Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate in a busy retail environment. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value through consultative selling. You will complete training and partner with nearby stores to onboard customers.

You will build relationships, identify needs, drive sales, and ensure high-quality customer experiences while meeting Be Back and referral processes in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of products and services using solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready and on-brand.
• Be customer-obsessed: engage with customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back and build relationships.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
