Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize store-in-store experiences and educate customers on mobile solutions. You will engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, identify needs, demonstrate products, and guide them through onboarding.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Uses digital tools, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources. Review results and promotions to stay customer ready.
Build relationships with leadership and nearby teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and achieve sales targets.
