Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize partner locations with active customer engagement. You’ll educate customers on wireless products, demonstrate benefits, and use solution-based selling to meet sales targets.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, building relationships and helping customers self-serve through the app. You will train on in-store processes, stay current on promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to educate, engage, and sell while driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile solutions and self-serve tools; upsell where appropriate.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and follow up to drive sales activity and referrals.
• Maintain store readiness, assist with onboarding, and support store operations and asset security.
