Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates in a fast-paced retail setting to engage customers, educate on products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. You will use digital tools and the T-Mobile app to assist customers and close solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication to educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services using solution-based selling; guide customers on self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, systems, and resources; review personal results, promotions, and updates to stay Customer Ready; onboard customers with nearby stores as needed.
• Build relationships with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
