T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to engage customers in high-traffic retail settings and demonstrate value of our wireless solutions.

You will learn products, use digital tools, and build rapport with customers while meeting sales and service targets. Positions offer on-site roles with comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training pay during the initial period, and consideration for incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services. Help customers self-serve through the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources. Review results and updates to stay customer ready.
• Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing.
