Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling to showcase products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and resources.
