Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solution-based selling to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review promotions and results to stay customer-ready; assist with on-site onboarding and store operations.
