Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store in a busy National Sales partner environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while learning the in-store processes.

You will train on the T-Mobile in-store experience, use digital tools, and build relationships with customers. A high school diploma is required and 6 months of retail or customer service experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs, educate on products, and apply solution-based selling to drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes and use of digital tools to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby teams to support the customer experience.
