Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to drive customer engagement and sales within National Retail partner sites. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and guide them through onboarding while leveraging digital tools and Be Ready processes.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and stock-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating them and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value and use digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; stay Customer Ready and onboard customers with partner locations.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
