Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate product value.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and systems to stay Customer Ready at all times.
• Build rapport, exceed customer expectations, and drive sales through Be Back and referral processes.
• Collaborate with nearby stores and leadership to support a positive customer experience.
