Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools and self-serve options to demonstrate value and complete onboarding.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, and ensure customer satisfaction with Be Back processes and referrals.
• Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers and support store operations.
