Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and resources; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, build rapport, and exceed customer expectations; drive sales activity and referrals.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
