T-Mobile is hiring for a Retail Associate who supports customer interactions and helps customers select devices and services. You will use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits, build relationships, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience; training is provided to grow product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
