T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate role within our retail operations. You will engage customers, demonstrate technology, and recommend service plans in a fast-paced store environment, developing skills in customer interaction and digital tools.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with on-the-job training during the first 90 days and potential incentives up to $18,000 annually. All eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
