T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store. You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers along their shopping journey.

This role offers on-the-job training with training pay, progression to Mobile Expert, and a guaranteed earnings rate of $20/hour including incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Demonstrate network coverage, plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes and wireless innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
