Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding them through technology and service choices in a dynamic store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate network features, and help customers across their shopping journey. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with on-the-job training in the first 90 days and potential incentives that can raise earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and demonstrate technology solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
