Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Willingness to engage customers and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to tailor technology and service solutions.
