Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment. You will learn product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Role requires engaging customers, using digital tools, and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to build product knowledge and use digital tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
