T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate to engage customers and guide them through technology and service purchases in a dynamic retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and support customers throughout their shopping journey.

Responsibilities include using digital tools to explain plans and features, completing training on retail processes, and collaborating with store teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
