Job summary

T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to help customers with their technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, demonstrate product benefits, and deliver personalized device solutions using digital tools to show coverage logic. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes.
• Engage customers by understanding needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
