T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers with technology and service needs, demonstrating network coverage and benefits through digital tools, and building strong relationships for loyalty and growth.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales within retail. Travel is minimal; on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
