Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and delivering personalized technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will build proficiency in customer service and sales while using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits.

Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience; strong communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
