T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to help customers explore technology and service options in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through the buying journey, with on-the-job training and a path to Mobile Expert.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, digital tools usage, and service plan recommendations while contributing to a positive in-store experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
