T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Mobile Associate to support retail operations and assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales while using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Training will expand knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes to help you deliver outstanding customer support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
