Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate network features, and recommend service plans in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, use digital tools, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.

You will train on retail processes, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute to a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Proven communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to engage customers, explain products, and recommend service plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
