Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast‑paced retail setting and help them choose technology and service solutions that fit their needs.

You will use digital tools to showcase coverage and benefits, complete training, and grow knowledge of products, services, and processes while building customer relationships and delivering a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
