Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Associate in a fast-paced store environment where you will help customers select and tailor technology and service solutions. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their journey with Digital tools and training.

You will develop strong customer interaction skills, participate in ongoing training, and work with teammates to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
