Job summary

T-Mobile, a leading wireless provider, is hiring Mobile Associates to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through the shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tool usage.

You will complete training, contribute to a team-driven environment, and benefit from a comprehensive rewards package including stock grants, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
