Job summary

At T-Mobile, Mobile Associates help bring the brand to life in a fast-paced retail environment. This learning role lets you work with a team to demonstrate devices, educate customers, and build relationships while developing toward the Mobile Expert level.

You will complete in-store training, support customers with product and service solutions, and participate in a rewards program including base pay, incentives, stock grants, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience.
• Explores individual needs and demonstrates latest technology in-store.
• Sells personalized solutions beyond basics, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Completes in-store training and stays knowledgeable about products and services.
• Establishes partnerships with teammates to own the customer experience end-to-end.
