Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself and have fun helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling while delivering elite customer experience.
• Assist customers across in-store, online, and Customer Care journeys.
• Demonstrate latest technology through in-store, hands-on demos.
• Offer personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Establish cross-channel relationships and help identify small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
