T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers in-store, demonstrate devices and services, and build lasting relationships.

This is a learning role with on-the-job training to prepare you for progression to Mobile Expert. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering a world-class customer experience while developing product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and sales in-store.
• Assist customers along their shopping journey and demonstrate products.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored device and service solutions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize digital tools to access product information and assist transactions.
