• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Strong communication, coaching and consultative selling skills are essential.
• Ability to educate and engage customers, identify needs and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products and systems; review personal results and promotions to stay customer-ready.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes to drive sales.
