T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You’ll build energy and excitement around our products, educate customers on devices and services, and learn to recommend solutions that fit individual needs.

This learning role prepares you for the Mobile Expert level as you complete training with your team. You’ll engage customers, develop product knowledge, and grow skills through on‑the‑job training while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that values

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Passionate customer advocate with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate and recommend devices and services in-store with hands-on demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the base device and service plan.
• Establish relationships with other T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and support team initiatives.
