Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts, delivering the T-Mobile brand experience in-store. This learning role focuses on building product knowledge, customer relationships, and hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology while preparing for progression to Mobile Expert.

You will complete new employee training and participate in a supportive environment with ongoing development, incentives, and benefits that reflect the One Team culture.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate in-store features and plans.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
