Qualifications

• Team-building and retail sales mindset are essential.
• Knowledge of store operations and customer onboarding processes is desired.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products; employ solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready with promotions and updates.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
