Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is looking for a Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to represent the T-Mobile brand in National Sales partner locations. In this high-traffic role, you will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and drive sales using consultative selling.

You will train on store processes, review promotions, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Base pay starts at $18/hour with $5 training pay, plus incentives and stock grants for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and education to demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and use solution-based selling to showcase products and onboarding solutions.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and ensure customer readiness; onboard customers with store operations knowledge.
